Shipping Policy

Kratom Queen’s Worldwide Delivery Service is best described in three simple words: Safe. Swift. Secure!

A) Initial Shipment

We have automatic verification systems intact to make sure that the address provided by the customers is valid. And if indicated invalid, our Representatives will contact the customer to reaffirm information. Next, all orders will be dispatched on the given address within 24 to 48 working hours, Monday through Friday, by 1 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).

B) Tracking

After the order has been placed, you will be assigned a Tracking Number within 24 hours of its processing. It will allow you to trace your shipment status through your account or directly from the USPS/UPS website.

C) Domestic Shipping

Kratom Queen takes pride in offering free shipping on all domestic orders over $50. Moreover, the ordered goods will be shipped the same day if the purchase is made within working hours. Kindly allow 2 to 3 business days for the courier to deliver to the said address.

As part of our policy, we strictly adhere to the US Laws and do not ship to states, counties, or cities where Kratom and CBD are illegal. These include:

This service works best for consumers who really can’t wait to get their hands on quality Kratom and CBD. All orders will be dispatched the very next day, provided they are placed before 1:00 PM Monday to Thursday.

2. U.P.S. Second Day Air

This is the latest addition to our shipment methods and can be easily selected at the check-out. The service’s highlight is that Kratom Queen offers Free of Cost U.P.S. next day delivery for orders with a minimum purchase of $___.

3. USPS Priority Mail

Our team will dispatch orders within 36 hours (maximum) of placement, and the service will take 3 to 7 business days to deliver at the customer’s end (though most of them receive the order within 3 to 5 working days).

4. USPS First Class Mail

Wish to try our premium and cheap Kratom and CBD products without delay?

With USPS First Class Mail, look no further!

There are again no charges attached on minimum orders of $—-.

5. USPS Express Shipping (U.S.A.)

Deemed as the fastest of all, USPS Express Shipping is widely popular as an “overnight shipping” service. Again the parcels are dispatched between 0 to 36 hours of placement, and the delivery time varies between 2 to 5 working days.

Note: Express shipping does not always deliver overnight and, at times, require significantly more time.

G) Terms of Shipment

1. All import duties, taxes, and charges will apply and to be paid by the buyer (no exemptions made).

2. These extra charges are added separately and not included in the original costs displayed on the website or label.

3. The shipping costs are subject to:

  • The Parcel’s Weight and Size
  • The Preferred Delivery Courier
  • The Shipping Address

4. It is binding upon the buyer to know their country/state/city legal policies and customs regulations prior to placing an order. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for custom hold-ups or seizures.

5. If you have been issued a “seizure letter” from the customs, mail us its scanned copy or a clear image. We will view it and help you craft a response to release the seized order.

6. Verify your payment information and shipping address as we try to dispatch the order at our earliest, so intercepting for changes is not feasible.

7. In case of any incorrect or wrong information entered, call us immediately. Our representative will accommodate your request if the order has not been sent to the courier.

8. Avoid emailing in Urgent Situations such as change of address, or payment issues, as we may not respond to emails for up to 24 hours).

9. We hold no liability for orders sent on the wrong address if you have entered an incorrect address.

The team at Kratom Queen strives to render the best service- right from the moment you place an order until it is delivered, leaving no room for errors whatsoever.

But, if You are not happy or satisfied with your order, then STOP Stressing!

Kratom Queen gives three options to customers willing to return:

  1. A Full Refund (within 30 days of purchase)
  2. Store Credit to be used later
  3. An Exchange or a Replacement of the Damaged or Missing Goods.

A) Our Return Process

To qualify for a return, email our Customer Support team at ­­­­­Support@kratomq.com. They will shortly communicate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to enable you to send the item back to us. Place it securely in the original packaging and ship it on the following address:

Alternatively, one can use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with the original packing.

As soon as we receive your order, the inspection team will carefully check the condition and process your return or exchange accordingly. The entire process will take up to 7 working days, whereas refunds might take 1 to 2 billing cycles before appearing on the credit card statement.

In any case, you will be notified via email when the return is processed.

B) Terms and Conditions For Refund

  1. While we aim for 100% Customer Satisfaction, we honor all returns and exchanges through a case-by-case basis.
  2. Returns or Exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the Buying Date.
  3. Kindly allow the return process at least 30 days.
  4. Returned order Items must be in new and unused condition with all the original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
  5. All defective, damaged, or missing goods will be refunded or exchanged in full.
  6. If your item authorizes for a Return on justifiable terms, then Return Shipping Charges will be fully paid or reimbursed by us.
  7. If you are missing an item, a replacement will be sent without any compensation. 
  8. Chargebacks: We are not very happy with Chargebacks and consider them a fraud. Consequently, all chargebacks will be subjected to the governing law, and the client will be placed under our no selling list.
  9. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your purchase, call us immediately. If the parcel isn’t sent for shipment, we will accommodate your request.
  10. We reserve the right to reject any returns, exchanges or compensation whatsoever on questionable terms.
